no response from trust and safety after account disabled

my account was instant locked because of a paypal dispute.
I myself 10 mins after being locked out of my account on the 27th of january closed the paypal case which it told me to do to regain access to my account and emailed them proof of this.
Still to this day 07/02/2024 i have not had a single reply which is 11 days
My ticket is 42721158 if anyone can help me get a response from the trust and safety team i have tweeted discord and the discord support account 5+ times saying i have been ignored to come back with no response

  if they doesnt reply after 20 day you should try make another ticket cause I have wait they reply for 30 day and the result is my account is deleted also hopefully you get your account back successfully
