Screenshar in Voice Channel

The new update is a big problem for the large communities. If the user cannot establish a voice connection (connection permission is denied), the user cannot share their screen in the voice channel. We need a setting that allows us to open or close the screen sharing permission in the voice channel. The user should not have permission to connect to the voice channel, but should still be able to share the screen in the same voice channel.
