account asking for verification

last week when logging into any server, my account now asks for email and number verification otherwise I can't access it.   
 

Here's the big problem, my account has been since 2017, I no  have my old number, is canceled, and my email, I don't have access to.

These are two big reasons why I haven't updated my account pending issues for a while, I think that's it, I can't recover it anymore? right? Can someone help me? Or just accept that I lost her

I tried to contact support through my secondary email, but they claim that they can only resolve issues when the request is sent via the account email.

  Sadly yes without the email support won't even talk to you.
