I have sent an appeal for unbanning and the stupid bot just keeps answering the same thing that i broke TOS when i didn't do anything , i literally got banned for NO reason , this is my second account already and they won't do sh*t it's annoying asf and it's always the bot that answers ,  you would never get an actualy human being bro like what are they doing

  They aren't doing anything that's why I jumped platforms and switched to Revolt Chat. I'm advising other people to cancel nitro and switching over since it has nitro features for free and it's like an older version of discord.
