Changing Emoji Skin Tones

Skin tones on emoji not being changeable anymore fix when? i have some white emoji on favorites but looking at emoji tab all yellow long press only shows favorite I'm pretty sure i took a lot of time manually changing it before can you implement a feature to change skin tones for emoji altogether?

  Agreed.  Whatever update you did a few months back changed my skin tone settings back to yellow.  Why and how can I change it back on my mobile device (Iphone)?
