falsely disabled account, no response and mass closed tickets.

so basically my tickets keep getting closed. i recently had my account banned for a month but i put in a ticket saying i had not been on my account for months. because i wasnt and there was no way i could have gotten my account banned. so they revoked that suspension but then disabled my account for being underage, i put in an appeal and they just marked it as solved but my account was still disabled. i then proceeded to put in another, and the same thing happened. this is really frustrating since i have important things on this account and im currently paying for nitro on the account.

    im having the same all my tickets except for one are marked as solved but my account is still disabled and on the right of the ticket everything is marked as no ill add a screenshot of it i have provided all the information they asked for but wont just get a response telling me why its still disabled is your account back yet?
