No response from support on age update request
It's been 10 days since I submitted a ticket for age update request as I was banned for a 5 year old message saying I am 8. I believe that was reckless on my part but someone threatened me and then my account got disabled just a day after. I haven't received any response or confirmation from discord on my ticket submission and I am wondering if I will lose that account for good.
I have so many important messages on that account which I will lose with the account. Is there any way to get support to look at your request? I heard re-submitting requests just pushes your ticket down the queue.

I’m going through almost the exact same thing!! I joked about being 8 and someone reported it (it was very obviously a joke with me even stating so). I submitted my appeals 15 days ago and they still won’t reinstate my account. I’m scared I’ll lose it, it means so much to me.

It is so annoying, they are marking my ticket as solved without any response or anything. It's been 15 days for me as well, I hope I don't lose my account. I have so many stuff on there

Update: Got my account back after a month.
