Discord account banned falsely out of nowhere for being "underage" (I am 19)

I sent a ticket which was marked as solved. Absolutely infuriating. If you're going to roll out a global at least give some half damn decent support for the collateral damage you cause for it

  If you sent a message saying a number under 13, someone can report it as you stating your age. It is annoying and you will most probably have to verify you are 19 years old if you make another ticket. Hope this helps.

  I have already sent a ticket fulfilling all the required instructions (such as proof), waiting on the response but being sneakily marked as solved is very very infuriating
