Discord Hasn't Responded to my Ticket
I recently got hacked, and my account was stolen last night. I've made multiple claims, have called Discord's support number 20+ times, and have left four voicemails. NOTHING.
The operator automatically transferred me to the voicemail every time I called because NO ONE WAS THERE TO TAKE MY CALL. How do you have a customer support service, but there's NO ONE ACTUALLY THERE TO HELP???
I cannot afford to lose this account because I have sensitive information on it. Friends I know who went through the same thing cause the person who hacked my account messaged them got their accounts back on the same day. How are they able to contact support and get their accounts back, but I'm not???

Made about 15 tickets since— opening a new one with the same information each time my last is closed without a response or is given a bot response saying “there’s nothing else they can do” while, like you said, they helped other people in the same situation?? You’d think they’d be able to just get control of the account and restore our credentials, or at least be able to explain instead of default to these copy-paste bot responses.
