Discord support ignoring my tickets and marking them as solved when no one responded.

I submited a request almost a month ago only for them to not do anything about it. Discord banned me for age but I gave them clear evidence that Im old enough to use their app. Since then they are closing my every ticket without even trying to help me. A week ago I sent another and they left me on open while not responding to any of my messeges. It's ridiculous how they treat their own users and ban them by mistake and then not even trying to fix it when given evidence.
