Finally got my Acc Back… After 3 months

Three months and fifteen tickets (all of which were given either a shadow resolve without a response or automated bot response claiming they couldn’t help) eventually led to me getting my account back after falling for a validation scam that had me change my email.

I’m still frustrated with the entire ordeal though, especially that they kept sending automated responses saying “we can’t help, you’ll have to make a new account”. Discord Support is still a circus filled with nothing but clowns and robots. Response time is abysmal and inconsistent, and really leaves a bad taste in your mouth when added onto by poor moderation and user management. 

For anyone in a similar boat of fighting Discord Support, moral of the story is to be persistent. It is possible that there’s nothing that can be done, but apparently being given told so by bots doesn’t mean much. Keep trying and be patient, I suppose.

    I salute you for dealing with that. I'm dealing with the same task right now for a false underage ban. I'm not going to stop trying.

    yeah, man. i'm having the same problem. got entirely locked out bc they changed the password once i changed the email and i'm gettin nothin but responses telling me to make a new account ( despite me having proof it was mine in the first place ! i use it to sign into other websites, and some of them show that it's still connected )

    AND my last ticket got marked as solved without them even responding lmao. i almost lost hope with the twt account saying they ‘ can’t change account information ', but this has given me my hope back . thanks :]
