the support system is abysmal

so i've had my account stolen from me for nearing 2 months now. sent in multiple tickets trying to get it back after it was hacked, email changed and i got locked out.

nothing but automated emails, and the last one they just marked as solved without even giving me a response ?? also the twitter account never responded, but responded to comments after my post ! lovely.

i need this account back to sign into other things, yet they send me the same ‘ you need to make a new account ’ slop whenever i DO get a response. you want my feedback ? do better. especially with the rise of fake support scams.
too bad i got one i couldn't easily tell was fake WHILE i was grieving, no less
i hate this platform

    I reported a server two years ago and they balantly are ignoring me when asking for an update.
