hacked account reporting issues

right now, you can only submit a request for your own hacked account and there is no way to report someone else's hacked account. and either way, it's a headache inducing experience. 

my friend's account was recently hacked, and they're the owner of a fairly big and active discord server. this server has been around for years at this point, and we're all rightfully scared that everything will be deleted or we will lose access to it. 

we're also scared that the hacker who now has access to the server owner's account (aka every single message in that whole server) will be using the information and messages in that server against us in some way.

please. give us an easier and faster option --or even AN option for reporting hacked accounts.
