Seperate Debloated discord app/version

Discord has introduced numerous new features lately, some of which I appreciate, but others seem unnecessary to me and my friends. I use Discord daily for text and voice chats, but it's becoming increasingly slow to boot up, even after a clean reset. Despite having a decent setup with an i5 9th gen processor and 16 GB of RAM, Discord's performance is deteriorating. I've tried everything from clean uninstalls to wiping files, but the lag persists.

It's evident that Discord has become bloated with features I don't need, like friends' profile effects and activities. I don't care if it's about monetization; it's just too much. Even when I click the cogwheel to access the user settings, i get a gray screen for 6-10 seconds, THEN my settings page loads! Takes me ages to switch my input and output devices…

There are countless apps or mods that break discord TOS, but I am not looking to install any of those. Also I tried using the web version. No help there.

I'm considering uninstalling Discord and urging my friends to switch to a simpler alternative, but it would be great if Discord offered a debloated version or a separate app, perhaps called Discord Easy, offered to users like me who just want classic voice chat without unnecessary features.

A more practical approach would be to create a separate app exclusively for close friends, eliminating the need for public or community servers. This simple, debloated Discord app would allow for instant voice calls or joining close friends' servers without the clutter of user effects or profiles. All I need is my friend's username to connect and chat. Like that, users can use the normal discord app with the complete features when they want to, and access the easy or simple version to use in the background while gaming for lower discord cpu and ram usage. How about it?!
