i just want to say how bad discord support is i got falsely locked out of my account for being underage and i made a ticket showing my id and proof of me being of age (i already verified once before) just to wait 20 days to get my ticket fully ignored and marked as solved :)

also its a 2015 account first owner cause i made it so how can i be under 13

what can we do bro, i got suspended for age misunderstanding because a snitch reported me.
I don't want to lose the account but i get no confirmation emails of the requests or anything.
I'm in pain,i need them to help me.

idk man i tried making multiple tickets to get a reponse and no replies but i made a fake ticket with a bs subject and they replied instantly its been 20 days since im locked out

did you try contact them via twitter? i just replied to one of their post because i see they reply to almost everyone, i hope they will reply to me too and to you too if you reply to their posts,
also what can i do if sent a request, i don't receive any emails on my email claiming that is not associated to the suspended account?

they removed the option of just email them on gmail and making it harder with this platform shit.

yeah its awful now specially for false locked out accounts and they dont even reply to those tickets when it takes 15 secs to look at an id and verify the age

Yeah i'm waiting too, i also tried to message them via twitter (both accounts, main and support one) but they havent seen my messages. Their support from like year ago and more was great and very quick to answer, but for now i'm waiting over 21 days and can't do shit because of it.

My new tactic is searching for discord devs on github and i'm writing to them on twitter so maybe it will help somehow :pray:

They don’t care! This system was made to make fun of you and waste your time! They will never ever accept any appeals made. I got suspended for the same reason as you and I have been waiting for a while now aswell. I had important stuff on my account and I don’t want to lose it but since Discord is like that and they don’t care about their users at all we have to just accept our fate

Hey guys, apparently when i wrote to some devs on twitter they didnt even read this but i see from feedback topics that some people are actually getting their accounts back, so if you already send an ticket and are you still waiting maybe you should just open new ones. They also removed some of the previous tickets (marked as solved lmao) so maybe they are disabling Nelly and replacing it with human support. Anyway, keep trying boys! We are gonna make it finally
