Better report system

The current reporting system works, but its not ideal for some cases. For example if I'm not able to get the actual message that i want to report, but a screenshot of it, i wont be able to report it. Sometimes people send me screenshots of messages other people sent them and i cant report it because it wasn't sent to me (sometimes that person doesn't want to report the message for whatever reasons). I'm thinking having another category on this website that allows us to report people without getting the message link would make more sense.
