So this week got scamed with the ,,massive report" scam ending up with my discord account email changed (i still have the security keys and 2FA after i logged out the scamer)

made 4 tickets but no luck for now 

i rl need some help with it tho 

and the scamer's account its from 2020 so it doing this for 4 years and its a big problem idk how his account is still up 

now im trying to help others so they won't get scamed 

(sry for my bad english but i couldn't sleep well those days)

    I was dumb and got impacted by this as well. The hacker enabled 2FA on my account, and let me say, discord support does not help not understand plain english. 

    example: 

    Discord: we reverted your account's email back
    Me: Cool! Thanks!
    Me: I tried logging in, 2FA is still enabled with the hacker's information
    Discord: We noticed your account had an email change please delete the other account with the same email.
    Me: What? you just reset the email back and I just checked its linked to the original email-- what about the 2FA?

    im sorry bro

    but honestly all of those things could be solved so easy 

    like checking your ip and stuf 

    like we have all the prof we need to demonstrate that we are the real owners of the account 

    its like it like buying a new phone,someone steals it from you and the policeman is like: idk bro its your problem 

     

    like i rl love discord but the response time is too long and ineficient i hope its gonna be ok tho
