Why does the support ticket do absolutely nothing? Like Im telling them 6 times that my account has been hacked and they haven't even replied and just immediately closes!

    Idk what those company are built from. Like they can simply say “It's not my problem you lost it”

    discord support literally sucks! my account was banned like 21 days ago now, and they just mark my tickets as solved without actually just looking at my id to prove im of age 🥲 it’s soooo frustrating. ALL my tickets were assigned to Seal and they were ALL (but one) marked as solved at the same exact time… such a big company, such a terrible support system

    Same here, I got falsly banned and they just ignore my requests
