When are suspended accounts permanently deleted?

Hello all, 

I’ve already been on here to post about my situation on an alt account, but, I have a genuine question that I cannot seem to find an answer to anywhere. 

WHEN are suspended accounts permanently deleted from Discord’s database? 

My account was suspended for breaking age ToS, understandably. However, my tickets have been ignored and so far it’s been 21 days since my accounts suspension was issued. 
 

I read in multiple places that the account is only saved for 30 days, and after that all data in conjunction with that account are permanently deleted (if account is not reinstated). So seriously, can anyone give me a solid answer as to WHEN i should just give up???  

     > I also got in contact with Discord Support on twitter only to be told that the social team has no control and that Trust & Safety gets to tickets in the order they are submitted. But again… my tickets were all ignored.

    Okay, at this point i’m betting on me never getting my account back. Discord support on twitter told me it takes up to 30 days for an account to be permanently deleted. 

    It’s been almost 22 days now. 🫠 

    I just wanted a human to solve this and it took this long to ever even get in contact with one. I’ve pretty much lost all hope. 

    Seeing as my tickets were all marked as solved, my account will more than likely be getting deleted with no resolution, even though I am very much of age.

    nope, still haven’t heard back at all. last interaction i had was with their social team on twitter

    Accidentally had 4 tickets, 3 of the 4 got automatically marked as solved after about two and a half weeks though.

    I truthfully don’t know how, I suppose it was just patience? It was never assigned to a single person, it was assigned to “Trust & Safety”. There were multiple things i did, but i don’t think a single thing helped honestly. Sadly, just gotta be patient with them.

    Dude I need help getting my account back it got falsely permanently suspended for “child safety” I didn't even get any email when I submit an appeal

    MY account also got permanently suspended they haven't given me chance to explain myself I am waiting on their response It's so stressful my account recently got suspended
