Ticket is solved but in real (de facto) problem is not solved

My account was disabled because Discord thought that I was 13 years old (but I am 17) I sent tickets with my passports and now they are solved, but my account is still disabled. Discord has the worst support ever. Wonder If other have the same issue

  This is the exact same thing that’s happening to me! It gets assigned to “Nelly” who marks it as solves.

  i have the same problem with nelly,its actually insane.i cant even recover my account because it gets basically automatically solved
