Clyde keeps auto-resolving my tickets by constantly responding with this.

No Clyde, that is NOT it, it has told me multiple places, and when I go there i get a reference to come back here. I think the Security and Safety team is either so small or so backed up that the bot tries to push these as solved ASAP. Really infuriating because I imagine if it is marked as “solved” then I will never get a human reviewer when I really need one.

    Support for discord is the worst support in the world, instead of paying people to work for them and answer them, they push answers through bots... although I think every big company should have enough agents for all queries…
