Support is utterly useless.
They won't even read my ticket. They will solve it instantly. Did all the age verification steps right. Funnily enough, had to do this in October; was easy enough. Now they can't even be fu**ing arsed with reading and seeing how to help. Just clicking that little solve button. I have even got responses through general questions but nooooo! They just obviously copy and paste the same message. It has been a month and a half.

Same, I asked a few questions about how long it would take for my age update request to go through but the guy (Lumos) answering my ticket just sent me a pre-written response 12 days after I opened the ticket, and has something to do with the first age update request I sent about 12 days before. I tell him I submitted a new one that fits the requirements and mention that he hasn’t answered either of my questions yet, and he sends the exact same pre-written response, not answering my questions at all. I let him know that I’m slightly confused by his response, then he sends me another pre-written message saying that if I can’t provide proof that I am of age my account would be permanently suspended even though I just f***ing submitted a new age verification photo and he closed my ticket. My past experience with support has been positive and most of their answers have been quick and accustomed to my situation, but lately it’s been shitty.
