Told to create a ticket then instantly denied

I made a damn ticket regarding my account suspension and was TOLD to create a Trust and Safety ticket. I do exactly that and what seems like Nelly instantly denies it! WHY! I was told by Mark to create the ticket… Discord really need to get on top of their support because this is outrageous.
