Feature Request - Option to react to someone's activity

Hi

I would love there to be an option that allows you to react to someone's activity. Either a game someone is playing or a song they're listening to. There have been a few times I've noticed someone listening to a song I like that I just want to react to it, or give a thumbs up.

  That sounds like a fantastic idea!
