General Event Improvements

Discord is seriously lacking from other platforms like band when it comes to event planning the following are features that would make events much more useful to teams who use discord for IRL clubs for schools and IRL events

We need the ability to limit the amount of people who can RSVP. So if an event can only hold 10 people we should be able to limit it to the first 10 people who RSVP for the event

We need an easier way to limit what roles can RSVP for events. If we are for an example holding a meeting for leadership only we should be able to lock RSVPs and event details to a specific role or people.

We need a way to create event templates. For example my team goes to competitions every year we need a easy way to copy prior events and save them for future use.
