Discord Channels Lagging

Discord is lagging on both my mobile device and my computer device.

I'm an administrator in one server and catched a glimpse of an issue recently, I can not address the issue easily and what is the cause of it.

The said issue is the channels lagging insanely, usually on “audit/log” channels.

Thought that the issue may be occuring, because of the amount of bots I have in the server, but it definitely lays on Discord's End, unless I am wrong.

I am using a one bot called ’GalacticTest' for a purpose logging messages, nicknames, updates, errors, e.g in channel reserved for that; (#galactic-logs) 

The second bot is 'Dyno' the channels after executing a command and the bot is logging (~documenting the executed command~) it in the channel, the server just lags and it loads everything extraordinarily long.

Is there anything, something to follow in order to fix my issue?
