Blocked person still shows up for a second in Activity and Group chats on app load

Even though I have blocked an individual, and turned off “Use Data to Personalize Experience”, the person's name and icon show up as the second place in my Activity and name shows up in group chat previews for a split second on application load. 

Defeats the purpose, and causes negative user experience. If I block someone, and still have to share spaces with them, I don't want to see their name or icon every time I load the app.

    Yup! you are right, It sounds frustrating to still see someone you've blocked showing up in your Activity and group chat previews. Blocking someone should mean not having to interact with or see them, so I understand why this feels like it's defeating the purpose.

    I'd suggest reaching out to Discord support to let them know about this issue. It might be a bug or something they haven't fully addressed yet. Hopefully, they'll improve this experience in future updates. For now, I agree that it could be better, and your feedback is important in helping them make those changes.
