Perpetual Animation of Avatar Decoration

Decorations on the avatar are really cool. I really love the animation of the one that I bought. But I would really love it if the animation was perpetual even if I'm not speaking. I understand if most people are cool with it but in my case, it would be cooler if the animation was going on perpetually. So maybe you could add that as an optional feature!
