The quick emoji suggestions in the hover bar are very distracting and cover parts of the text

This is the first time I write here, because this update seriously affects the usability of the program. I have reduced motions turned on, and it worked well in general. But now whenever I scroll around in the messages, this big, colorful panel with emojis shows up and disappears rapidly, it makes me feel really uneasy. 

This big hover bar also covers big parts of the messages. I use this program, because I want to write and read messages, if this function is disturbed, the program has problems with fullfilling it's purpose. This is clearly an issue.

Now the only way to solve this problem is to turn off all emotes everywhere, which I don't want to do, I really like using emotes. But if this problem won't be solved in the near future, I think I will have to resort to this, if I want to keep using discord.

I don't need quick suggestions for emotes,  especially not with the “frequently used” ones, because the top three are extremely accidental. Having them in the emote panel when it's opened is enough. If I want to react, I know how I want to do it, and I don't need a panel that tries to convince me to react in a random and completely unrelated way.  I would really appreciate if this feature would be removed or could be turned off. I see zero benefits of it, but it causes serious problems.
