Bad Visual Update - March 2025

I really dislike the new desktop update to discord's visuals. The part at the bottom left is way too big/long, and it distracts from everything else. The server icons are also way too small. I don't understand why Discord made these changes, as they seem like a serious downgrade in practicality and aesthetic appeal. Please revert these changes, or at least make them optional, because the changes make me actively want to use Discord less. I'm really hoping the mobile version is not as bad.

    I agree, every time I look at Discord now I feel frustrated and disappointed because it just looks so awful. If I can use Discord less after this change, I certainly will, and I'm definitely canceling my nitro until it's reverted/if it's reverted.
