Server Icons smaller in new UI and cause eye strain

Server icons have decreased in size in the new UI, making both viewing and accurately clicking on them a strain. Please:

1. Revert the size decrease as a stop-gap fix.
2. Implement a setting to control the server bar size, or allow it to be dragged to re-scale in the same way as voice channels now can be.

I know UI reworks are complicated and you had the best intentions, but you can't just make a major change to the sizing of one of your main UI interfaces without thinking about this.
