The Ability to Adjust Spoiler Tag Brightness.

(Hey, couldn't find this elsewhere but if this is redundant then I'm sorry.)  

I understand that spoiler tags were recently made brighter in order to make them more visible, but for some of us this can, itself, make a spoiler heavy chat unpleasantly bright, partially defeating the purpose of Dark Mode. 

As such, I would appreciate an option to toggle the brightness of Spoiler Tags.  

That way people who feel the darker spoiler tags weren't visible enough can have them bright, and people that want a Dark Mode that's... genuinely dark... can set the spoiler tags to be dark as well.
