Able to "add" roles that you shouldn't when looking in overlay

If you have the "manage roles" perm and try to add roles to someone while in the in-game overlay, you can see roles that youre unable to add to another user or yourself. Trying to add them to anyone will do nothing, but I don't think its meant to be there purposefully.

  Just ran into the same Issue, so it appears to still exist. Gave me quite the scare too.
