Client side Ringtone Change

Add a feature to allow us to change the ringtone for calling people/ringing them (client side) like a short clip from a song/YT Video or something instead of that sound that can IMO get pretty irritating if you are in the middle of something either with your headphones on or off, maybe also allow us to change the exact volume of it as well.
