Separate chat sound from PM sound

I have an issue with the desktop notifications where they make the right side of the screen inaccessible for the duration of the notification so I disable them.

I also have an issue with every server I'm in that constantly beeps when someone write something.

I wish the sound for Perosnal Messages is separated from the regular messages people post on servers.

So that I only hear the beeping sound when someone PMs me or tags me.
