In Cozy mode, messages older than 6 days should display times instead of just dates

When you view messages older than 6 days, the timestamp changes from last Monday at 12:00 PM to 11/11/2018, displaying only the date and not the time. The time should be displayed as well, either next to the date (11/11/2018 at 12:00 PM) or when hovering over the date. This could also be a display setting if deemed too intrusive.

Note that compact mode has the opposite problem; the time is displayed but not the date. A suggestion to fix that was posted here.

  You can do it by switching to Compact Mode (Appearance Settings). But I would also like to display it without changing the mode.
