cant use voice chat, its stays on trying to connect(connecting).

Hi!

i have a trouble with using voice chat, when i join a voice chat it stays on connecting, but never gets to the spot which says connected:( so i cant talk. i think i know why, but not sure. i did take a test to see where the porblem was. but it seems like the TCP port is blocked. im living in a dorm, so i cant change the port on the router, is there i way i can change the port discord uses?
