Allowing the hypesquad test to be taken on mobile
Could allow for the hype community to grow for users who are restricted due to inefficient desktop view or for those that use their mobiles (android or iOS) more frequently.

The test is only needed to be taken once, so im not so sure this is extremely necessary -21
