RPC error with third part flatpak

Hi,

On my computer I use flatpak for every compatible applications like discord : https://github.com/flathub/com.discordapp.Discord

But because of the sandbox RPC haven't work until recently : https://github.com/flathub/com.discordapp.Discord/issues/29#issuecomment-445198389

After that the support have been added to another application (google-play-musique-desktop-player) but that have caused an issue , the pid of the process is 2 that is not larger than 10 

Why discord have this restriction? and is it possible to remove it to allow flatpak application to use discord RPC?
