Copy messages, creating an archive?

When people in my Server are coming up with the best post to describe a task, write a wonderful tutorial it might get lost pretty quickly.

To further enhance discord to use for documentation (much like in a forum) where some posts do enjoy some longevity, a "Copy message to Channel"-Button for Admins (or specific roles) would be great.

That way we can save the best posts for a good documentation.

    Discord would probably argue that we have pinned messages for this, but there's a limit, and what if the channel's main purpose isn't what was posted? Therefore pinning the message would be out of place.

    Another way I can see this option being useful is if for example the server does an AMA in the general channel, but then wants to archive it to another one so it doesn't get lost. We'd need to be able to select multiple messages to copy and paste to another channel, let's say by specifying the ID of the first and last message we want to copy, and copying everything in between to the new channel.
    There are servers who go around this issue by creating a channel specifically for the AMA, but it'd add more flexibility if copying messages to another channel was an option.
