Arent Admins/Owners responsible for what happens in and outside their servers, especially if its a violation of Discord Terms of Service and Use? If so there are some servers who do not take responsibility and doesnt report what has taken place

You can report anyone who violates our Terms of Service to our Trust and Safety team via https://dis.gd/request. For fastest turn around time read over https://dis.gd/HowToReport. If it is found that the server admins are enabling TOS breaking behavior, we will intervene.

I was wondering as I had a friend of mine show me of screenshots of what took place and well the owners didnt a thing but say they dont hold responsibility of what has happened

They didnt even report what took place but just shrugged it off
