Issues Surrounding Report System Abuse

The current system in which if 'user A' takes a screenshot, with NO context to the situation required, of 'user B' stating "I'm >13 years old" or anything roughly similar to said statement, user B is subject to their account being disabled and most likely their account being deleted. At this current point in time, this has happened to 4 users who are all high ranking staff in a partnered server with almost 30k members, all of which who have accounts close to or over a year old, some of which who have purchased Nitro, and all of which who are over 16. They were reported in a malicious attempt to disrupt the moderation of the server and 3 of the 4 have now had their accounts deleted because discords Trust & Safety have taken longer than 14 days to respond to their requests for assistance. The current system is being deliberately abused to allow for users to falsely and with no context necessary to get other users accounts essentially terminated with no warning. There are multiple different solutions to this abuse of the system, the easiest I can think of being the implementation of an age verification button, like the ones on every other website that is for a certain age and above, in where after a user clicks "I agree I am over x years of age" the liability falls on the user for being above the required age, or maybe instead of automatically disabling a users account after a report like so, there must also be CONTEXTUAL EVIDENCE submitted, so that there is a clear difference between someone jokingly stating "haha I'm 12" and an actual 12 year old saying their age, or any mixture of these systems or one of the many more I didnt mention. It would certainly clear up some of the apperent stress on the Trust & Safety team seeing as they are taking so long reviewing cases that users are having their accounts that they have put money into terminated unjustly and with little to no help from discord themselves.
