Auto Spoiler Images

Make it so a channel can be set to auto-spoiler all images. Several chats I'm in would benefit from that, as they'd like to be able to provide description of an image before people see it, and remove the chance of users forgetting to spoiler the actual images.

  That would certainly help in busy open chat rooms.

  A couple of game servers I'm in are having trouble figuring out image moderation, as we would like to show & discuss stuff in games without spoiling it for others. Basically everyone forgets to put spoiler on images, it ruins the fun of being there at all & the surprises to discover further in the game. A setting to make images & media (even through embed) to be with spoiler on default is very appreciated.
  
  Maybe even a setting as well which requires you to put text together with media, so you have to give context.
