Font fix for characters in Vietnamese

Hi! I'm glad Discord listened to me. Great when Discord has supported Vietnamese. But there is still a small problem that it has not been fixed font errors for characters such as: ơ, ờ, ẹ, ế, ư, ắ,... I really hope to have an update to fix the problem. Love Discord!

    The screenshot below is an illustration of the issue. Some characters, such as `ầ`, `ử`, and `ầ`, are too big and appear to be of deviated fonts comparing to the rest. My guess is that the default Discord font doesn't fully support UTF-8 or UTF-16. Please look into the issue!

    Workaround for this issue:

    1. Install BetterDiscord from https://betterdiscord.app/.

    2. Open Discord.

    3. Go to User Settings > Themes, press "Open Themes Folder".

    4. Download simple.theme.css from here: https://github.com/ansidev/discord-theme-simple and save to Better Discord theme folder from the previous step.

    5. Return to Discord, you should see a new Better Discord theme called Simple Discord, enable it (note that you can enable many theme at the same time)

    6. Hope this helpful for you.

    P/s: I 've read the Submit Policy from Better Discord, and it seems that my theme is so small to be approved. That's why I didn't submit it to Better Discord theme store.

    Hi guys, I'm on DiscordPtb 161751 (5933465) and they have changed to a new font that supports Vietnamese characters. It also looks rounder and easier on the eye as well.
