OAuth2 verification for software?

I would like the ability to add in OAuth2 verification for all the Discord Bot developers who are trying to get there Applications out there, but don't have the money to but a domain and the then a hosting plan. For me this alone is over $200+ USD. If we a OAuth2 verification that we could implement into software and public for FREE, then small creators could potentially grow in size of the people that are able to manage there applications.

  Discord's oauth2 API has nothing to do with how much money you have.
