Allowing discord owners disallow their own functions

It might sound weird, but there are a few things a discord server owner would not like. Possible examples are that the owner would like to post a link without it getting embed, such as invitations or regular links like videos. Since they are admin, meaning they override all permissions, they won't be able to stop themselves from doing this. Its a small suggestion but it could help with possible settings.

  Pretty sure theres something called 'Permission preview' which is basically the same thing in development
