Ability to Toggle Profile Picture gifs

I have Discord Nitro. I think it's really annoying that I have a gif profile picture, but it doesn't even loop. It stops at after the gif plays once. I am aware that you can hover your mouse over a profile picture to have it loop.

Some profile pictures may be hurtful to the eye, so I think a toggle would be useful for those that are like me. The toggle should be off by default in order to prevent things like this to happen.
