Category on cursor

When a category is created, it should be created closest to where you actually put your cursor when you right clicked and created the category. It would also make sense if it's created at the top if you pressed on the server name to create the category since it's closer to it and generally my categories are gonna be at the top and not bottom

  I hugely agree with this, would be a great Quality of Life improvement.
