Mature content toggle for advertisements.

When first launching Discord, the Activity page pulls up first and lists the Latest News. While some game content may link to mature content the adds sometimes show violence. The links from the add will show a mature tag, however the adds sometimes show graphic content that is intended for a mature audience and I would like a way to control that.

In this example the add for Mafia pops up on first launch.

  That ad doesn't seem violent in any way, thats like saying any generic fortnite advertisement is violent.  What discord should ad with this is toggling some of the more suggestive pictures for these games, like a zoom in a on breasts or something.
