    Suddenly my font turned red when my friend chatted. I don't know what it means. And if it's blocked, what's the reminder?

    Hi, That means your friend did the following

    1) Your friend(s) blocked you

    2) Your friend (or you) left a common server. (Which could be a simple fix of if you friend request him/her.)
